Q: If I wanted to buy something before inventory ran out but I also want a product coming in the future, could you hold my first order for me and ship it when you get all the items I want?
A: Of course! Either leave a message on your order or message me through DMs within 24 hours of your order and let me know so I don't print a shipping label until all the products you want are ready to ship.
Q: Can I order multiple times and ask you to combine shipping?
A: Yes! So long as you have not recieved a shipping notification for your first order, please email me ASAP so I can combine your orders and refund the extra shipping.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: I am in the US and ship worldwide EXCEPT for the EU and any countries that the US does not currently ship to (check USPS website for most current information)
Q: I never got my order from you despite my order being marked as shipped. Is there any way I could get a refund?
A: Unfortunately, I am not responsible for mail after it has been picked up and entered into my shipping service's data. I can do my best to work with you to file a missing item dispute but once mail is out of my hands, I have no control over what happens to it;;
Q: Do you take refunds on orders?
A: The moment an order is marked as shipped, all sales are final! I do not offer refunds to any orders I have already packed and shipped.
Q: Could I possibly get my stickers/mini prints shipped with stamped mail?
A: Stamped (untracked) shipping is ONLY available for orders containing ONLY stickers/mini prints. If you would prefer this option over tracked shipping, please leave a note in your order or contact me (email pls!!) so I can refund you the price difference :3
Q: Do you take drawing requests/suggestions?
A: You are free to make suggestions but just know suggestions I recieve are NOT requests as I do not take unpaid art requests. DM me to ask about commissions if you'd like something specific though!
